- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the pickup time may be subject to a cancellation fee, which will be communicated to you at the time of cancellation.
- Refunds for cancellations will be processed using the original payment method and may take up to 7-10 business days to reflect in your account.
Amendments:
Should you need to make changes to your booking, such as altering the pickup time or location, we will do our best to accommodate your request. Please notify us as soon as possible to make the necessary arrangements.

Our drivers will arrive at the designated pickup location at least 15 minutes before the scheduled time. They will wait for you at the agreed-upon meeting point, holding a sign with your name for easy identification.
